What is an Interim Agreement?
An Interim Agreement is for a specific timeframe and contains an adjusted number of services provided. The budget billing schedule will correspond accordingly.
How do I add services to my contract?
If you would like to add services to your contract you may either contact the office at 540-554-8228 or reach out directly to your account representative to request a quote.
How much does your service cost?
We base our pricing on the exact needs of your property. Pricing is unique for each property and is calculated by the property size and the scope of work requested.
How does the budget bill schedule work?
A budget bill schedule is drawn up with the expectation that the contract will remain in effect through the whole 12 months and that all services contained within will be received. We take the full contract value and spread it equally over the twelve months, thus creating a consistent monthly payment. In the event of a cancellation of services, we conduct a reconciliation of your account as the payment schedule and the service schedule are not related to each other. We total the value of services provided and compare it to the total of the monies received to date.
What are my payment options?
We gladly accept checks, and for our autopay clients, ACH, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you should opt to pay by check, we will require a credit card and permission to charge on the 25th of the month should payment not be received.
If I am an autopay client, when is my card charged?
Invoices will be generated on the 1st of the month and will be emailed for records of service. When enrolling my account in autopay, any open invoice(s) on my account will be charged to the card provided on the 2nd of the month. ACH enrollments will also be processed on the 2nd of the month but may take additional processing time to be withdrawn from your account.
